All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Orders within Denmark are shipped with PostNord, while international orders are shipped with UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Are custom charges and import fees included in the cost? 90 × 150 cm

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, customs charges, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply. How do I cancel my order? 90 × 150 cm

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. In this case, you can return the item for a refund once it arrives.

Éteanneaccepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Local payment options are also available in selected regions, including MobilePay in Denmark and Klarna in Sweden. Our payment provider is Shopify Payments, a highly secure global payment gateway provided by Shopify International Ltd. Please note some payment methods are subject to local availability.

How do I track my order? 90 × 150 cm

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return my order?  90 × 150 cm

We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel. To return an item, please follow the return process outlined in our returns policy. You’ll need your order number and email used to place the order. Once the return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label by email.

Can I exchange a product?  90 × 150 cm

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. If you have any inquiries about returns, please contact us.

When will I receive a refund?  90 × 150 cm

As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to the credit card that was initially used to place the order. You will receive an email once we have issued you a refund. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of the item for the refund to be completed.

What is your return policy?  90 × 150 cm

You may return any product within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Read more in our returns policy.

CLAIMS

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?  90 × 150 cm

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s) and your order details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.

What should I do if I receive a faulty product? 90 × 150 cm

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please email us as soon as possible with images and details of the defect. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect size or item with my order?  90 × 150 cm

We apologize for the error with your order. Please contact us with your order number and details regarding the incorrect item. We will arrange a return label for you to send the incorrect item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, if the correct item is still in stock, we will ship it out to you. If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned package. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How should I wash my Éteanne pieces for the best care?  90 × 150 cm
