The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”) are valid between you and Éteanne Aps (Reg. 45497879) ( "Éteanne”, “us”, “we”, “our”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Éteanne website eteanne.com (“Website”) and via direct contact with our sellers.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

Before you accept the Terms and Conditions, it’s important that you read and understand our Privacy Policy. Éteanne recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal data and strives to maintain transparency in how we process it. We believe you should easily understand what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. Our privacy policy aims to inform you, as a customer, about how Éteanne handles your personal data to ensure you feel secure, knowing that all personal data we receive is processed responsibly and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service. The date of the latest update is found at the top of the page. We encourage you to review our Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Please note that the Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always the Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version.  

AGE RESTRICTIONS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

PLACING AN ORDER

Any order placed on the Site implies express acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and acceptance of the prices and products available for sale on eteanne.com. The Buyer is advised to keep and print this document as official proof of their order. The order is then recorded and processed by Éteanne, who checks the availability of the product(s) ordered. Éteanne also does not guarantee that all products included on the website are in stock at the time of your order. In the unfortunate event that the ordered product is out of stock or there is an inability to obtain authorization for payment, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your order. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and confirming an order, the customer and Éteanne enter into a written and binding agreement. Once an order is completed on eteanne.com, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase.  

We only accept your order and finalize the sale contract once you receive a confirmation email from us indicating that your product has been shipped. Therefore, Éteanne reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of delivery failures or similar circumstances. If an order is canceled, you will be notified accordingly, and any payments made will be refunded or canceled. 

PAYMENT

Éteanne accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Local payment options are also available in selected regions, including MobilePay in Denmark and Klarna in Sweden. Our payment provider is Shopify Payments, a highly secure global payment gateway provided by Shopify International Ltd. The prices on the Website are shown in Euro (EUR) and may automatically display in United States Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Chinese Yuan (CNY), Japanese Yen (JPY), Danish Krone (DKK), Norwegian Krone (NOK), or Swedish Krona (SEK), depending on where you are visiting from. All prices include applicable VAT where required within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, VAT is not charged. Local import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that delivery costs are not included in the product prices.  

When paying with a credit card, the purchase amount is reserved once you receive the order confirmation and debited once Éteanne has accepted your order and sent you the shipping confirmation (invoice).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship from our warehouses in Copenhagen, Denmark. All online orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders within Denmark are shipped with PostNord, while international orders are shipped with UPS. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so they can be traced.

You can always contact us for a status update on your order. Please contact  info@eteanne.com and include your order number as a reference. 

COPYRIGHT

You must comply with all proprietary and copyright notices on this site. All the contents that appear on eteanne.com are owned by Éteanne and are subject to copyright. This includes, but is not limited to, Éteanne trademarks, logos, photos, video clips, products and designs. The information on this site is protected under the Danish Copyright Act.  

COMPLAINTS

If we cannot resolve a claim to mutual satisfaction, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk. You can complete a complaint form at https://indberet.kfst.dk.  

If you reside in a country outside Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission’s online complaints portal, ODR.
