SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All online orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders within Denmark are shipped with PostNord, while international orders are shipped with UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. 

 

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for tracing your package. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received this email before contacting us. 

 

We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. The estimated delivery time does not include potential delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Éteanne is unable to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel your purchase. 

 

Please note that, depending on your order and country, you may be responsible for paying local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

 

CUSTOMS

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, customs charges, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply. We have no control over these charges, and we are not able to predict what they might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

 

Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. If required, the shipping carrier will contact you once your items reach customs to inform you of the charges and provide instructions for completing payment. 

 

 

RETURNS

You may return items purchased from eteanne.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The responsibility for the product lies with the customer as soon as they receive it. Therefore, all products are to be returned in their original, unused and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as Éteanne is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please note that any shipping, return fees, and/or duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. 

 

Éteanne reserves the right to reject any returns that do not have an authorization number, are returned in a used, damaged, or non-original condition, or are returned outside of our policy period. 

 

Please note that exchanges are not offered. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order. 

 

To create a return, please contact us at  info@eteanne.com within 14 days of receiving the items. In your email, please include your order number, your name, a brief description of the reason for returning the product. You will receive your return shipping label via email once the return request has been processed. 

 

Once you have received the return label, prepare your return accordingly: 

 

  • Pack the items in their original condition and packaging (including all accessories and dust bag).

  • Attach the return label on the parcel, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damage.

  • Ship your package through your nearest postal or courier partner.  

 

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we recommend sending the package using a traceable service. Return shipping costs are not covered by Éteanne, and both return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we have inspected and approved the returned items, we will refund the total product value to the card used for the original purchase.

 

 

REFUND

Once your return has been received and verified to meet our return policy standards, you will be refunded the entire amount you paid. Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded. All successfully returned products will be processed through the payment method originally used to place the order, any taxes or import duties incurred will be deducted. The refund will be issued no later than 7 days after we receive the item. 

 

  

CLAIMS

If you have a complaint regarding faults in your received product(s), please email us at info@eteanne.com as soon as possible after identifying the defect. Please include a few images of the defects along with as many details as possible. If your claim is approved, you may have the option to have the item repaired or replaced.
